Peggy Ong
Founder & CEO
Ms Peggy Ong is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pro-Teach and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the National University of Singapore. With a passion to create meaningful learning experiences for children and develop them to their fullest potential, Ms Peggy founded Pro-Teach to provide quality student care that fulfils the custodial needs of children, as well as their academic and character development. Her strong entrepreneurial instincts and never-say-die attitude in facing challenges and overcoming obstacles has seen Pro-Teach through many milestones since its beginning in 1998.

Despite her busy schedule, Ms Peggy makes time to teach English to a class of Primary Six students every week and never fails to give her utmost attention to staff and parents whenever necessary. Her keen eye for business opportunities and creative approach to solving problems ensures that she stays on top of the game while she contributes to the leadership and strategic vision for the continual growth of Pro-Teach. Aden Gan, Strategic Planning & Curriculum R&D
Senior Manager
Mr Aden Gan is a trained teacher by the Ministry of Education and over 10 years experience in education. With a keen sense business acumen and knowledge of the latest educational developments, Mr Gan oversees the curriculum research and development at Pro-Teach while lending his insights into strategic partnerships whenever opportunities arise. He is a Master Trainer at Pennsford Teacher Training Hub – a subsidiary of Pro-Teach, and regularly shares his innovative teaching methods with parents, private tutors and school teachers.

Over the years, Mr Gan has imparted his wealth of knowledge and experiences to help children better understand mathematical concepts. Steadfast and persevering, Mr Gan's ability to make tough concepts appear simple and easy has earned him much admiration and respect of children and adults alike.

Fiona Pea, Franchise Division
Senior Manager
Ms Fiona Pea is familiar figure to franchisees as well as parents and students. She manages quality excellence, staff and student welfare across all Pro-Teach branches, ensuring that each branch functions with optimum efficiency and quality. Through her many years of working closely with children, Ms Fiona has gained an in-depth understanding of what motivates them at their core. People-oriented and sensitive, she seems to have a magical hand in calming a crying child or a distressed parent. Ms Fiona is often seen interacting with parents, children and franchisees, readily addressing their concerns and queries.

Besides maintaining close relations with parents and franchisees, Ms Fiona also teaches English and Mathematics weekly. She devotes much time and effort to helping under-achievers gain a sense of self-worth and confidence as she chooses to see the hidden potential in her students and aspires to bring out the best in them. Her patience and warm demeanor in dealing with people makes her an invaluable asset to the company.

Patsy Yeo, Corporate Division
General Manager
Mrs Patsy Yeo is the General Manager of Pro-Teach, Corporate Division and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Southern Illinois University Carbondale, USA. A trained teacher by the Ministry of Education with 10 years experience, Mrs Yeo was offered to teach the Gifted Education Programme (GEP) in a Special Assistance Plan (SAP) school prior to joining Pro-Teach in 2004.

Her passion for teaching and the education business led her to marry the two interests at Pro-Teach. She believes that children should be given a wide variety of opportunities to explore their own interests and talents. Since her arrival at Pro-Teach, Mrs Yeo has been committed to furthering the excellence of our student-centred initiatives. Under her leadership and direction, the Overseas Student Exchange Programme forged new ties with education counterparts in China, South Korea, Australia and Vietnam to bring greater cultural exposure and enhanced learning experiences to our children at Pro-Teach. With a love for music and travel, she continues to spearhead student-centred activities aimed at cultivating student’s appreciation for the arts and exposure to various cultures.

Koh-Ong BH, Curriculum Design
Senior Consultant
Mrs Koh is the Senior Consultant for Curriculum Design at Pro-Teach and brings with her over a decade of expertise and experience in curriculum design and educating children. With an in-depth understanding of the primary school syllabus by the Ministry of Education, Mrs Koh is responsible for developing the English and Science curriculum at Pro-Teach. Dedicated and reliable, her patience and steadfast love for developing children is exemplary and inspires many. She enjoys watching movies and often brings her creative storytelling into the classroom to capture her students' attention and motivate their learning.

Ng Ching Wah, Business Development
Senior Executive
As a Senior Executive in Business Development, Ms Ng Ching Wah supports and enables fact-based decision making to achieve business objectives and goals at Pro-Teach. Meticulous and results-oriented, Ms Ng keeps a close watch on market updates to ensure the business stays abreast of industry trends and development.

Trained in Psychology and Student Care, Ms Ng has more than 10 years experience in the student care industry. Besides supporting business growth and development, Ms Ng also lends her expertise and experience to teaching and counselling children at Gombak Head Office. She enjoys learning from children as much as teaching them. Her love for children is evident in her dedication towards ensuring that her students are imbued with strong moral values and self-esteem.

Karen Choi, Web Consultant
Principal of Choa Chu Kang Branch
Karen Choi is the lady who ensures everything related to the Internet at Pro-Teach runs at tip-top condition. Creative and spirited, Karen’s spontaneous love for life and good taste makes her a popular consultant-of-sorts for many. Blending her experience in advertising with her passion for education, Ms Karen began her journey as a Pro-Teach edupreneur in 2003 when she started Pro-Teach Choa Chu Kang Branch. Dedicated to developing the total well-being of every child, she disciplines her students with a firm hand as well as she teaches them with much love and patience.

Patrick Ong, Creative Directions
Centre Manager of Pioneer Branch
Mr Patrick Ong’s flair for design and passion for the arts brings much life and energy to his work in charting creative directions at Pro-Teach. With a keen interest in business and educating young minds, Mr Ong decided to embark on his own venture in owning and managing a Pro-Teach Pioneer Branch in year 2006. Since then, he has enjoyed teaching children of diverse backgrounds and abilities as he contributes to branding and marketing efforts at Pro-Teach. Respected and well-liked amongst his students, Mr Ong likes children for their simplicity, sincerity and innocence.

As part of a network of branches all over the island, we enjoy the advantage of having a dedicated team of educators, who deliver our curriculum and keep up with the latest educational research. Each of our branches is known for its unique sense of local community and partnership with parents and neighbouring schools.
