Education is all about people. It is about moulding and shaping the young who will form the future of our nation. Teachers must possess a high level of commitment to teaching excellence and moral development in order to teach our children well.

Our commitment to developing teachers is evident through the deployment of a wide range of training interventions. These interventions are aimed at equipping teachers with the essential knowledge and skills for them to be effective in their roles and prepare them for greater responsibilities. Training
for our teachers covers the following areas:

The carefully selected trainers include experienced education psychologists, ex-NIE lecturers, master teachers and peak performance coaches like Adam Khoo.

In addition to our formally and internally developed training workshops, we encourage our teachers to identify and attend external courses to not only acquire additional knowledge, but also most importantly, to give them the opportunity to enhance their network and understanding of current best practices in education. Providing this exposure to our teacher ensures that they are always well equipped with up-to-date knowledge, information and skills which will positively impact their ability to contribute to the overall well-being of our children.
