3. Branch Supervisors
Interested in educational leadership? We are looking for energetic and confident self-starters with good leadership qualities, organisational and communication skills to manage our branches.
Job Description:
To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Branch.
To ensure that the welfare and needs of the children are met at all times.
To act as a role model for the Company to the parents and keep the Management updated of any issues.
To ensure staff are motivated at all times and maintaining high enrolment levels.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a leader and an effective team player
Patient and genuine love for children
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Good organisational and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to attend workshops and staff meetings
Initiative and ability to excel under pressure
Good work ethics and uphold a professional disposition at all times
