1. What makes Pro-Teach a good educational franchise?

2. What type of experience is required for a Pro-Teach       Franchise?

Experience in managing a team
Familiar with interacting with children
Training is provided for successful applicants who are self-starters and possess the ability    to learn skills necessary to manage the business as well as children

3. Can I be a successful franchisee if I don’t have experience with children?

Most importantly, you must like children and be able to connect with them. This will contribute largely to your success in this business. A Pro-Teach franchise requires you to be partners with parents in educating and developing their child. You are important to the parents as much as to each child. A lifelong commitment.

4. Will Pro-Teach assist me in locating a suitable site and territory?

Yes, we will help you locate and establish a suitable site and give you a protected territory to service.

5. How soon can I be in operation?

Within a year.

6. How do I find my site location?

If you wish to be involved in finding your own site, we will provide you with the parameters to look for. After you have found a site you are strongly considering, notify your franchisor and a representative knowledgeable in site location requirements will visit the site and help you decide how you should proceed.

7. I’m interested! How do I get started?

Fill out the online franchise application form here. Our franchise consultant will contact you to arrange for a detailed discussion and meeting.

8. What is the Royalty Fee and how much is it?

The Royalty Fee is the cost of using the ongoing services and identity of the franchisor. This fee enables us to provide you with continuous support from our staff as long as we are in business together. Please fill out the Franchise Application Form and we will share with you more about the franchise and Royalty Fee.

9. What type of service and support from Corporate Office can I expect?

We will assist you with franchise matters, training, marketing, research and development, and administrative efforts.

Training

Training to prepare you for the day-to-day operations of your business

Ongoing training throughout the year that is a mandatory part of our mutual commitment    to each other

Site Selection

Find a location for your business that will suit your needs most adequately
Site location and survey of possible sites
Guidance in what to look for in a lease agreement
Help your business to grow and become an integral part of the surrounding community

Marketing and Advertising

Our marketing department will assist you in the creation of seasonal and location specific    advertising.
We will help you plan a marketing strategy for the year.
You will be expected to contribute to the Corporate Advertising Fund, which we will use to    generate large-scale marketing in your area. This will create more brand recognition and    awareness for your business.
Our staff is committed to heightening consumer awareness through creative and effective    marketing media, including newspapers, television, flyers, direct mailings, and more.

Administrative Support

Our administrative and franchising departments will give you full support in corresponding    with the Head Office, including assistance with ordering materials, help with various    accounting needs, franchise coordinator support, and assistance with the opening and    continuous operation of your facility.
You will have access to our own administrative management software (iAdmin) available for    exclusive use by Pro-Teach Branch Heads.
You will gain access to our online i-Learning Teachers’ Resource Management System for    exclusive use by Pro-Teach staff and students.

10. How is the Franchise Process?

If you are eligible to become a franchisee, we will contact you for an interview. If you are qualified, together we will select a location for your centre and train you so that you will learn about the Pro-Teach curriculum, centre operations and procedures.
